Using Pawks

You agree to use Pawks responsibly and legally. The service is intended for dog owners to find parks and connect with others.

Accounts & Content

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies. You can request account deletion at any time from Settings; deletion requests are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period and can be canceled or confirmed via email.

Park & Dog Content

Park data is community-managed and may not always be accurate. Dog profiles and activity logs are user-managed content.

Prohibited Behavior

You may not use Pawks to harass others, spam, distribute illegal content, or exploit security vulnerabilities.

• Harassment or bullying of other users
• Exploiting bugs or security loopholes
• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Spamming or automated abuse

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban users who violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Liability & Availability

Pawks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
